We deliver on rounds organised by area. When ordering, you choose a preferred date from our proposals; it remains indicative until an appointment is agreed. The day before, we contact you by e-mail to confirm the delivery or agree another date.
No. You order as a guest; your reference and a personal link to your order are sent by email. The customer account then lets you find all your orders with a simple sign-in link sent by email.
Yes, one pack of each grade per household. The second pack can be added after the first order; it is paid separately. An additional order, for example for another household, remains possible: it can be paid straight away and is subject to a check of the offer conditions; any items refused are refunded.
Online, on the secure Payrexx page: Visa and Mastercard cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. From CHF 750, and always for pallets, payment is by direct bank transfer (QR-bill). Payment advantages on 5 L containers and 15 L packs: −5 % with TWINT or −3 % with the Swiss QR-bill (private customers, orders below CHF 750), applied automatically, no code needed and never combined; the total is then rounded down to the nearest 5 centimes, in your favour. Card payment keeps the offer price. The QR-bill is paid with your banking app, in e-banking or at the Post Office; the order is confirmed as paid once the payment has been received and reconciled. For all other items, the price is the same whatever the payment method.
