Ordering and delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Switzerland, to the address given with the order. Delivery is included in the price, with no charges added after payment.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver in consolidated rounds. The estimated window is shown on each offer and in your order; the day you choose is a preference, not a guaranteed appointment. We let you know if the round has to be adjusted.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You order as a guest; your reference and a personal link to your order are sent by email. The customer account then lets you find all your orders with a simple sign-in link sent by email.
Can I order both grades of the 15 L pack?
Yes, one pack of each grade per household. The second pack can be added after the first order; it is paid separately.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online, on the secure Payrexx page: Visa and Mastercard cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. From CHF 750, and always for pallets, payment is by direct bank transfer (QR-bill). The price is the same whichever method you choose.
How does bank transfer work?
After ordering, you receive the exact amount, our bank details and the reference to quote. You can report your payment and attach a proof from your order. The order is confirmed as paid only once the funds have actually reached our account.
Is there a limit for online payment?
Yes: the payment method depends on the final total. Below CHF 750, secure online payment (Payrexx); from CHF 750, direct bank transfer only, with a QR-bill. Pallets are always paid by bank transfer.
Professionals and pallets
How do professional prices work?
From 100 L in 25 L containers the price per litre drops, and again at 500 L and 1,000 L. The tier is calculated on your whole 25 L volume (pro blocks and 25 L pallets).
What does “reservable pallets” mean?
It is the allocation still available on the next consolidated shipment: total allocation, minus confirmed sales, current reservations and our safety reserve. Until the truck is in Switzerland, it is not physical stock.
How is a pallet delivered?
You tell us the days and time slot when your team can receive the goods, and the unloading conditions. OLIVE contacts you to confirm the firm date before shipment. The lot number and logistics details are confirmed before shipment.
Are the quantities per pallet guaranteed?
No: around 144 to 160 × 5 L containers and 26 × 25 L containers per pallet are market references, not a supplier specification. The number of pallets shown is a logistics estimate; final palletisation is confirmed before shipment.
Product
Virgin or extra virgin?
Two categories defined by regulation: extra virgin has a free acidity of at most 0.8 g per 100 g, virgin at most 2.0 g. These thresholds define the category; they are not the analysis of a particular batch.
How should I store a large container?
Closed, cool and away from light. After opening, close the container tightly and, if you wish, decant into an opaque bottle for everyday use.

Images are for illustration only: packaging and labels may vary without changing the product, volume or essential characteristics.
