Online orders and payments are currently closed on this site: no order can be placed and no payment is collected.

Delivery area and charges

Delivery is included in the price anywhere in Switzerland, to the address given with the order; no delivery charges are added. We deliver in Switzerland only. For any question: info@olive-ingredients.ch.

Households: window and preference

The delivery window shown on the offers and in your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. You indicate a preferred day and time, or “flexible”; we take this into account and contact you if delivery has to be adjusted. Indicate the floor and, if needed, an access code: a 25 L container weighs about 23 kg.

Professionals and pallets: coordinated delivery

Professional and pallet orders are delivered with the next consolidated shipment. You indicate the days and time slot when your team can receive the goods, and the unloading conditions. OLIVE contacts you by email or phone to confirm the firm date before shipment.

Lot number and logistics details confirmed before shipment. The quantities per pallet shown are planning references, confirmed before shipment.

Receipt

Check the goods on receipt and report any damage, defect or non-conformity to us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. For pallets, note visible reservations on the delivery document.

Cancellation and refund

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, by writing to info@olive-ingredients.ch or calling +41 78 614 06 32. The amount paid is then refunded in full.

After shipment there is no general right of voluntary cancellation (Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases).

Your rights in the event of non-delivery, defects or non-conformity remain reserved in all cases.

Non-delivery

If delivery cannot take place, the amounts paid for undelivered products are refunded in full.
